Margarita is the girlfriend of Cesar and the mother of his daughter.

Biography

Season Three

When Bennett visits the couple, Cesar warns him not to tell Aleida Diaz and Dayanara Diaz about her. ("Bed Bugs and Beyond").

Margarita is present when their apartment is raided and Cesar is arrested. She is dragged out of the apartment during the raid; it is unknown whether she was temporarily arrested, too. ("Trust No Bitch").

Season Four

Margarita ends up being the one to collect Aleida from prison when she is freed ("Bunny, Skull, Bunny, Skull") and Aleida is angered when she finds out Margarita has a baby by Cesar. However, after realizing her cousin sold most of her possessions, Aleida has no choice but to return to Margarita for housing. Margarita was already expecting her and made a makeshift bed. In return, Aleida comforts Margarita's daughter when she cries during the night.

A few days later, Aleida and Margarita are watching television when Joe Caputo's press conference airs, explaining a young woman was killed at the prison. Aleida is visibly scared, and since the victim is not named, she is left to wonder if Daya was killed ("Toast Can't Never Be Bread Again").

Season Five

Margarita takes Aleida to the protest outside of Litchfield Penitentiary so she can see Daya before she’s taken to Max and most likely to the interviews Aleida had by herself and with former inmate Judy King.

Season Six

She is kicked out of her apartment due to being unable to pay rent. She moves in with her mother.
