Jessica has long brown hair which she wore in a pony tail. She had braces and blue eyes and had pale skin.

Jessica seems to be quite bookish and sensible after deciding not to jump off the back of the school bus.

Biography

Before Piper's incarceration

Jessica was a friend of Piper as a child. Jessica and Piper were going to be invited to a party if they agreed to jump off the back of the school bus just as the Christmas break began. Jessica and Piper refused to and were asked why by the bus driver. It is unknown what happened to Jessica after this. ("Thirsty Bird")
