She is a short, older woman with short faded brown hair. She has wrinkles on her face and wears Florida's uniform. She is often seen with her blanket.
Biography[]
She is often seen staring into the distance in B dorm. Suzanne introduces herself to her but she cannot hear. ("Mischief Mischief")
She is later seen walking with Suzanne in B-Dorm whilst Suzanne tells Frieda about rumors she heard about her years ago. Gail stands in dismay while she watches Frieda snap at Suzanne. ("Chocolate Chip Nookie")
She is being interrogated by Pennsatucky and Suzanne, with them using the good cop-bad cop method. Tiffany tells Gail that she needs to answer the questions or her partner, Suzanne will get very angry, with Suzanne posing as tough.
