The Federal Detention Center in Cleveland, Ohio, also known as FDC Cleveland, is a prison that some of the Litchfield inmates were sent to following the Season Five riot. Not much is known about the prison other than the fact that it is likely a maximum security facility, and that lice and drug addictions are rampant.
