Biography[]
Before Brook's incarceration[]
Ethan and Brook rehearse what to say when knocking door to door about a new Walmart being built in their locality and asking people to turn it into a park. Ethan and Brook sit back down and talk about their relationship and how unfair Brook was. Ethan says to friend Oren that Brook likes him. Brook makes a bet with Ethan that she will have more signatures than him by the end of the protest. Ethan declines this bet and claims it is unfair, but creates a new one, saying that Ethan will give Brook fifty dollars if she gets Joshua Nicholson, rumoured paedophile to sign.
Brook waits in line after receiving Joshua's signature. Ethan asks Brook if Joshua signed; when Brook reveals he did Ethan immediately tries to dismantle Joshua's "legacy" so Brook doesn't seem that impressive. In order to claim some sort of title, Brook claims he was a sex offender (despite this not being true). ("(Don't) Say Anything")
