D-Block is a cell block in Litchfield Maximum Security. Barbara Denning had control of this block during the events of Season 6. Inmates in D-Block wear khaki colored garments. D-Block has a long, violent history of rivalry with C-Block, although the rivalry lessens somewhat following the deaths of Carol and Barbara Denning.
