C-Block is a cell block in Litchfield Maximum Security. Carol Denning had control of this block during the events of Season 6. Inmates in C-Block wear navy colored garments. C-Block has a long, violent history of rivalry with D-Block, although the rivalry lessens somewhat following the deaths of Carol and Barbara Denning.
C-Block is often referred to as Carol-Block and C*nt-Block, often by Carol’s sister Barbara and the rest of D-block. C-Block has better conditions than D-Block. They have better jobs, TV and don't get their shampoo stolen from them.
