The Baggage Handler seemed to care about his job a lot and was very level headed.

The Baggage Handler is an older white Belgian man, who is bald and wears a suit, as well as a security vest.

Biography

Before Piper's incarceration

When Piper arrives in Belgium she claims that her bag hasn't arrived. The Baggage Handler says that her bag could be on another flight rather uselessly. ("I Wasn't Ready")
