It may be assumed Arturo may be one to peer-pressure as he gave both Willy and Jason Flaca's fake LSD.

Arturo may be of Latin descent, he had a hooked nose, black hair and strong eyebrows.
Biography[]
Before Flaca's incarceration[]
As a student, Flaca was talking to her friend, Cat when she was approached by Arturo, Willy and Jason. Arturo requests Flaca sell him and Jason some of her fake LSD as Willy claims to have seen aliens despite them having no real high with them. Arturo attempts to sway Jason into it despite the fact he seems reluctant.
